Affix foot drop brace for lifting the forefoot

The Affix foot drop brace is designed for people with a reduced ability to lift the forefoot, for example due to drop foot or peroneal paresis. The brace helps lift the forefoot while walking and may contribute to a more controlled and natural gait while reducing the risk of the foot catching on the ground.

Affix is used together with a lace-up shoe. The brace consists of a soft ankle section, a padded attachment plate positioned between the shoe tongue and the laces, and an elastic pull strap that connects the brace to the shoe. The pull strap provides dynamic forefoot lift and can be adjusted individually according to needs and activity.

The low-profile, streamlined design makes the brace discreet under trousers and suitable for everyday use. Gel padding over the Achilles tendon helps improve comfort and reduce pressure during prolonged use.

Areas of use

The brace is used for drop foot, peroneal paresis and mild to moderate spastic equinus where assistance is needed to lift the forefoot while walking. Suitable for everyday use together with a lace-up shoe.

Design & material

Made from a soft, breathable microporous material with hook-and-loop fasteners for easy application. Gel padding over the Achilles tendon helps improve comfort and reduce pressure. The elastic pull strap provides dynamic forefoot lift and allows the degree of support and flexion to be adjusted individually.

Size guide & fit

Suitable for both the right and left foot and available in sizes XS–L based on ankle circumference. Affix has a low-profile design and is intended for use with a lace-up shoe.

Care guide

Hand wash at a maximum of 30 degrees using a neutral detergent. Allow the brace to air dry and keep it away from direct heat sources while drying.
